National Institute of Food Technology Entrepreneurship and Management (NIFTEM) is a Deemed–to-be university under De-novo category and Autonomous Institution under the Ministry of Food Processing Industries, Government of India. It has been setup by the Ministry as a Rs. 500 Crore (US $125 million) project in a sprawling campus of 100 acres located near Delhi NCR at Kundli, Sonepat Haryana as an apex world class institute of global standards in Food Technology Entrepreneurship and Management. The Institute caters to the needs of various stakeholders, entrepreneurs, industry, exporters, policy makers, the government and the existing institutions.

NIFTEM Food HR conclave-2015 is scheduled on 31st July 2015 (10.00-1.00 pm) during 11th Food & Technology Expo (29-31 July 2015)in, Hall No. 7, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.

Human resource development plays a vital role in improving the efficiency of manpower and motivating them to achieve the organizational goal. HRD functions as a key area in order to place a right person at right place in right time, so that cost of production as well as manpower gets reduced and employees feel happy.

With your experience and expertise you and your team of experts are cordially invited to share your insights towards HR practices in Food & allied sectors in Asian continent. India being a major player in World Food market we all have responsibility to develop world class Human resource in Food & allied sectors for continuous growth of Indian food & allied organizations.
