Governance Meetings - Attendance Records 2016– 2017

The Financial Handbook states that Trustee and Governor ‘attendance’at meetings must be recorded and published on the Academy website for the last academic year.

In September 2015, The Education Village Academy Trust(EVAT) moved away from having a single Local Governing Body meeting (LGB) and now have separate Academymeetings called Education Standards Committee meetings (ESC’s), thesefocus solely onthe individual Academy.

Not included in this table are Governor Training sessions, other more informal ESC meetings or governor visits into academies within the Trust. The CEO attends the first autumn meeting of each new academic year and other meetings during the year as required.
