3.ShallperformthedutiesasassignedbythePresident.

anofficeoftheASSOCIATIONfailstoreceiveamajority,thesucceedingvotesshallbetakenonthetwonomineeswhoreceivethehighestnumberonthefirstvote.

Section4.Tenure:

A.ThePresident,President-Elect,VicePresidents,Secretary,

andTreasureroftheASSOCIAIONshallbeinstalledinofficeonthelastdayoftheGeneralConferencebywhichtheyareelected. Members

Vacatinganofficewillhaveaperiodofsixty(60)daystotransferallbooks,property,monies,andallotheritemsofthatofficetothenewofficeholder.

B.IntheeventanofficeroftheASSOCIATIONacceptsanappointmentasanofficerorwarrantofficeroftheKansasNationalGuardsaidmembershalltenderhisresignationattherequestoftheExecutiveCouncil. SaidmemberwillthenactinaccordancewithArticle

A.CommitteeonCredentialsandRules.TheCommitteeonCredentialsandRulesconsistsofnotmorethanfive(5)membersoftheASSOCIATIONappointedbythePresidenttoserveduringaGeneralorSpecialConferenceoftheASSOCIATIONoruntildischargedbytheconference. TheCommitteeonCredentialsandRulesshall--
