  • Equipment needs – no major requirements
  • Volunteer roster
Proposed dropping the number of Canteen days due to lack of volunteers and canteen manager unless volunteers come forward. Notification to go out that informing that Canteen will operate only on Mon, Thur Frid from Monday, 1 September 2008.
Continue to advertise for a Canteen Manager.

Italian Books
  • Include in Newsletter to advise families who travel to Italy to bring back Italian books.
  • Establish the relationship with School in Perugia to share information and books.
  • Families to donate their outgrown or preloved books.
  • Christina to co-ordinate which books are required.

Glenda Fegent advised there is little update on what is happening in this space.

  2. Year End concert on 5 December 2009
  3. Elise raised concerns about the plan to reduce the children’s open space when the San Francesco room will be used for Preps next year.
  4. New staff next year will be decided by the new Principal.
