This contract is between theUniversity of LincolnStudents’ Union Insert Group Name and Insert Company Name in respect of sponsorship for the period of one academic year (1st of July 2014 to 30th June 2015). By filling out this contract all parties agree that they have read, understood and agreed to the terms stated in the Students’ Union sponsorship policies and guidelines.

The Sponsorship Agreement:

All sponsorship will be renewed on an annual basis and this booking only includes sponsorship for the period already stated.

The contract can be terminated by either party with immediate effect, by notice in writing to the other in the event that:

  • The other party has committed a breach of this agreement and, if the breach is capable of remedy, has failed to remedy the breach within 30 days after being notified of the breach.
  • The other party becomes unable to pay its debts as the fall due, has an insolvency practitioner appointed in any capacity over the whole or any part of its assets or passes a resolution or has an order made against it for its winding up.

The University of Lincoln Students’ Union will raise an invoice on receipt of a signed contract with details of how to make payment. Please be aware all money must be paid toThe University of Lincoln Students’ Union accompanied with a valid invoice (Cash paid into the Students’ Union Reception, Cheques made payable to the University of Lincoln Students’ Union or bank transfer to the Students Union more details will be given on how to do this will be detailed on issued invoice) and a receipt will be issued.
