2. Geometry Policy – High School MSA

AYP determined using cohort groups: begin with 12th grade and include a grade each year until middle school grades are included. / AYP based on performance of all students who took the Geometry end-of-course assessment in one school year.
High schools are accountable for members of cohort group who took the assessment in middle school. / Middle school students’ geometry assessment scores count at the system and state levels. They will not be attributed to a high school.
