Student Status Committees
Schedule of Meetings
Wednesday, 27th June 2018
All applicants are required to attend the relevant meeting. If you cannot attend you should submit a note to to that effect with your application and include a statement as to the reasons for your application and the benefits you would see for completion of your studies and career development.
Academic Council can refer students to the Student Status Committee meetings, in which case the student will be notified by student e-mail of the requirement to attend.
Refer to the schedule of meetings below/overleaf for meeting times/venues. These times are the start times of the meetings, more precise appointment times may be displayed on the meeting room door from the meeting start time.
Please check the Student Academic Administration Notice Board or on the 27th June 2018.
Check with the Student Academic Administration office if you are not sure which committee meeting applies to the programme that applies to you.
Students requesting internal transfer/re-admission should attend the Student Status Committee for the programme into which the transfer/re-admission is sought.
All applications for re-admission, internal transfer, exemptions, leaves of absence and appeals are dealt with by the Student Status Committee of the department/school/course concerned. Interfaculty programmes are dealt with by committees selected from each of the contributing faculties.
In special circumstances an application may be considered at other times during the year. Contact the Student Academic Administration office or email for details.
