Student should pack comfortable clothing(nothing dressy) for the week!

Students should wear their ASP shirts on Sunday morning, June 12th.

Students will need to wear pants (blue jeans are best!), Monday through Friday while at their worksites. Students may wear shorts while at the center. Students should wear shirts with sleeves (t-shirts) at ALL times!

Students should pack a light jacket or sweatshirt (temperature gets cool in the evenings)! We will be spending a lot of time outdoors; obviously.

Students should pack a pair of work boots, work gloves and safety glasses to wear/take to the worksite.

Students should pack a sleeping bag or sheets and a warm blanket!

Students should packtheir own pillow!

Students should bring an air mattress or cot to sleep on (we sleep on the floor).

Students should pack the basic toiletry items (soap, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant, etc.) with them! Girls may want to check with other girls in their grade to see if anyone is bringing a blow dryer, etc.

Students should bring sunscreen and bug spray and a wide brimmed hat (potentially)!!!

Students should pack their own washcloths/bath towel!

Students should bring a tool box/bag with the following basic tools: hammer, nail pouch, tape measure, pencil, utility knife, etc. Other tools needed, will be determined by individual work crews.

Students should bring a water bottle w/ their name on it!!!

STUDENTS SHOULD PACK THEIR BIBLES!!!

Students should pack a good pen and/or highlighter to be used during group time!

Students should remember to pack any medicines they are currently taking!!!

Students should pack a “favorite snack” or two to share with the rest of their group. (SNACKS SHOULD BE KEPT IN VANS and SHOULD BE SEALED!) This will help us avoid any trouble with insects/critters in the rooms!

WHAT TO LEAVE AT HOME??? With the exception of your cell phones/IPODS, please leave any/all electronic devices at home!!! Our desire is to connect with one another during the weekend. We will best accomplish this with NO electronic devices on the trip. Cell phones should also be kept on silent and put away during the group sessions!!! Students should feel free to bring cards, sports equipment or other games to play during free time. THANK YOU!!!
