UNIT FOCUS: This unit focuses on examining the rights and responsibilities involved in workplace legislation such as discrimination, bullying and harassment. Students will gain an understanding of legislation relating to rights in the workplace in order to prepare them for their working life. Once students have gained this understanding, they will have a comprehensive knowledge of work practices that are safe and appropriate.
