Student Application Process:
- Complete the Student Application Form and send it to the Preparatory Center for the Arts office via e-mail or US mail.
- Send in the $475 deposit/registration fee via credit card authorization or check
¨ Credit card authorizations can be scanned and e-mailed or sent via US mail
(Please DO NOT fax credit card authorization forms)
¨ Checks should be made payable to Montclair State University
- Two letters of recommendation are required. One letter should be from a music teacher. Recommendation letters can be sent via e-mail or US mail.
**Returning Campers DO NOT need to submit new letters of recommendation

The Preparatory Center for the Arts office will start a student application file upon receipt of any of the above items. Application materials can come in separately. All application materials should be received by May 15.
Notice of Acceptance: Sent via e-mail on or before June 1, 2016.
Tuition Balance: Due on or before June 15, 2016.
The remaining balance can be paid via credit card authorization or check
