Simple Steps for a short PowerPoint
1. Save your file (Save as F12)
v Click the Office button
v Save as
v Find your disk
v Type a name for your file and click Save
àPress Ctrl +S (Save) once you already saved as…
2. Add New Slide
v Click the Home Tab
v Click New Slides as many times as you need
(Change the layout if necessary)
3. Add Design (Themes)
v Click the Design Tab
v
Click to see more themes
4. Insert Clip Art
v Click the Insert Tab
v Click Clip Art
v Type what you are looking for in the Search for box:
v Click Go
v Click on the Clip Art you like
v Resize from the corners
v Or Move it from the middle
à If you only want pictures with
movement (GIF), select Movies only
