- Facility:Indoor 25 yard pool with 6 lanes, non-turbulent lane
Markers, backstroke flags. The pool depth is 10 feet at the
starting end and 3.5 feet at the turn end. Block height is
29. 5 inches. Swimmers will be housed in the High School
commons area.

- Timing/All events will be timed finals. Colorado timing system with
Judging: touchpads will be used, with two manual stopwatches per lane.
- Official Rules:Current USA-S and Wisconsin Swimming Rules shall govern the
Conduct of this meet. The no recall start rule will be in effect.
- Meet Schedule:Warm ups 7:15 AM – 9:15 AM

- Warm-up:Warm-ups are from 7:15 – 9:15 AM. Teams will be assigned
Specific warm-up times and will be notified by e-mail after all
entries are received. Master Swimmers may warm-up with their
team or separately from 9:00 – 9:15 AM. Feet First three-point entries from the starting end of the pool during general warm-ups will be enforced for all sanctioned/approved competition.
- Eligibilty:All swimmers must be registered USA-S swimmers or YMCA
Members. USA-S number must be listed on the entry form. No
“applied for” entries will be accepted. All out-of-state swimmers must be prepared to show their USA-Swimming cards at the request of the meet director. Age as of October 27th, 2012.
9. Meet Format:This is a pentathlon meet. Each swimmer will swim a 50 Fly, Back, Breast & Free (8 & Unders swim 25’s) plus a 100 IM. Each entrant is encouraged to swimall 5 individual events in encouraged to swim all 5 individual events in her/his age group. A cumulative time will be computed for each entrant and the lowest (fastest) will be the pentathlon winner. However, anyone who wants to swim is welcome to participate in only the events they feel comfortable. Meet will be pre-seeded. 8 & U report to

10. MastersIn the past we have accommodated Masters Swimmers and will

Deadline:In an effort to contain the size of this meet we will be limiting
Entries to approximately 400 swimmers. Entries will be on a
First Come, First Serve basis.
Please submit entries on Hy-Tek e-mail or CD if possible. Deck
Entries will be accepted from the coach the day of the meet
(provided they do not result in a new heat) up to one half hour
Prior to the start of the meet and will cost $32.00. Checks should be made payable to: M & M Stingrays. Entry fee checks & waivers may be brought to the meet or mailed.

12. Entry Fees:$22.00 per swimmer, includes 5 events & splash fee.

14. Final Results:One copy of the final results will be e-mailed to all
participating teams.
15. Awards:Individual Events: Ribbons 1st – 12th place in 6 & U, 7-8,
9-10, 11-12, 13-14, 15-18 & Masters. Overall High Point
Trophy in each age group. Team Trophies for the Top 3 Teams.
Awards will be bagged and given to the Coaches at the end of the meet.
16. Admission:Admission is FREE. Heat Sheets will be available at the door
For $4.00. Due to crowding in the pool area we request
thatALL swimmers avoid staying in the bleacher area.
17. Coaches Note:All coaches must pick up their coaches packets in person and
Must show their current USA-S card, they will not be allowed on
Deck and the swimmers from that team will be assigned a
USA-S certified coach for warm-ups.
18. Concessions:A Variety of Food & Beverages will be sold during the meet.
Coaches & Officials will be provided concessions at no charge.
19. Conduct:Each club is responsible for the conduct of its swimmers. All teams please keep your area as clean as possible. In
Accordance with the Federal Video Voyeurism Prevention Act of 2004 – the use of camera phones or video recording devices in the locker rooms is prohibited.
Any swimmer entered in the meet must be certified by a USA Swimming member coach as being proficient in performing a racing start each race from within the water. When unaccompanied by a member-coach, it is the responsibility of the swimmer or the swimmer’s legal guardian to ensure compliance with this requirement.
