Assumed the responsibility of the system’s Rate Administration function which provides support to Information Services and Customer Care departments for administering and billing of all retail companies’ rates and adjustment clauses, maintain the effective rate tables for all companies and updating the “on-line” customer system to reflect appropriate billing changes.

Activities included scheduling and budgeting of the 10-year load research plan, sample designs, survey implementation, data analysis and coordination between Service Company and operating company personnel. Responsibility: Involved with establishing retail rates for three electric companies. Activities included Purchase Power Cost Adjustments, basic rate design and organizing rate case data requests. Also, involved with wholesale rate cases for New England Power Co. developing cost of service, rate design, rate of return analysis and responses to FERC data request.
