ENTRY FEES / GRADED ENTRY FEE:
- R170 PER ADULT CLASS( including DSA levies of R51.30 & EDS LEVY OF R5.13 plus judges levy of R10).
- R135 PER JUNIOR / PR CLASS ( including reduced DSA levies of R17.10 (as of 1 May 2015) & EDS LEVY OF R5.13 plus judges levy of R10).
- R130 per Adult class(including R10 DSA levy and R1.40 EDS levy &R10 judges levy per entry).
- R120 per PR / Junior class(including R1.40 EDS levy &R10 judges levy per entry.).
GROUND LEVY / R100 per pony/horse and rider combination for non-members of VRC
OFFICIALS LEVY / R80 per horse
ENTRIES CLOSE / Monday 15 February2016 Late entries may be accepted at the discretion of the show director at an extra cost of R100 per entry.
PROGRAMME / Riding times will be emailed to competitors on the Wednesday prior to the show.

NOTES / Special note: By entering this showyou agree to be bound by the relevant rules and regulations of FEI, SAEF, DSA, and VRC andto abide by the Conditions stipulated in the schedule. Furthermore you agree to indemnify all parties.

- The Organisers reserve the right to cancel, combine or change any class if deemed necessary.
- The Organisers reserve the right to limit the entries on a first-come-first-served basis.
RULES:Competitors and horses in all Classes must be registered with SAEF.
AFRICAN HORSE SICKNESS: Horses from outside the AHS Surveillance area must have valid AHS vaccinations (12 months) and a current Certificate of Movement.Current Equine flu vaccinations (6 months) - compulsory.
All horses must arrive at the showgrounds accompanied by a valid Horse Passport.
DRESS:As per SAEF DressageSA Regulations. Approved correct Dressage dress and hats are essential.
TACK:SAEF Dressage SA regulations regarding spurs and whips will be enforced.
CRUELTY and BEHAVIOUR OF COMPETITORS: The organisers reserve the right to fine, warn, suspend and/or eliminate offenders.
Any competitor not available to ride his/her test at the time allotted must contact the Show director to arrange for a new riding slot or will be eliminated.
The organisers reserve the right to restrict the number of entries accepted to a manageable number. Whilst the programme as scheduled will be adhered to as far as possible, the organisers may at their entire discretion vary such arrangements as are dictated by circumstances.

Note:*. These classes are subject to availability of Judges. If judges for these classes are not available the competitor has the following options:
EITHER ride the class with the Provincial A panel judge that is available sitting at C and the class will now have ungraded status (effectively a practice ride)
