Project Manager

Status: Full Time Employee

Location: Fairfield Ohio

Hamilton Sorter Company, a division of Workstream, Inc., is a leading manufacturer of application specific office, healthcare, and mailroom furniture and casegoods. We are currently seeking applicants for a Project Manager at our Fairfield, Ohio location. The Project Manager reports to the General Manager and will perform the following duties:

·  Increase Hamilton Sorter’s net revenue by helping our dealer salespeople to secure projects and specify correct items.

·  Personably train and support dealers and assist in sales calls.

·  Assist dealers’ sales activities through designing special products that meet the end users need.

·  Assist dealers with product knowledge during sales calls and presentations.

·  Use Revit, 2020, AutoCAD and special drawings when description is not enough.

·  Give product presentations to Dealers and Architects.

·  Manage project registration system to verify information is correct and appropriate projects are linked correctly.

·  Work with Tech Services to see that product produced and dealer expectations are the same.

·  Accurately enter all special product model numbers, pricing and descriptions into Syteline.

·  Verify all specials are correct before shipping by reviewing the product on the shop floor.

·  Point out potential new products by observing repetitive specials.

·  Actively participate in all customer service meetings.

·  Enthusiastically and professionally represent Hamilton Sorter in any and all cross functionally committees, task forces and meetings as may be established to enhance various work functions and procedures.

·  Participates in special projects that may require input from our Hamilton Sorter team.

Qualified candidates must have a minimum of an Associate’s degree or 5 years work experience in related field, the ability to understand floor plans and elevation drawings, and the ability to professionally deliver product presentations. Experience with Revit, 2020, and AutoCAD is preferred. They will be proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and Internet Explorer. Good reading, math, and analytical skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills are required along with the ability to multitask. Graphic and desktop publishing software knowledge is a plus.
