Under the Water Conservation and Water Quality Bond Law of 1986 consideration of Resolution XV, authorizing the issuance of up to $6,800,000 of State of California Water Conservation and Water Quality Bonds (including provisions authorizing the agency to obtain loans from the Pooled Money Investment Account or the General Fund).

· Resolution XV under the Water Conservation and Water Quality Bond Law of 1986, authorizing the issuance of up to $6,800,000 of Water Conservation and Water Quality Bonds (including provisions authorizing the agency to obtain loans from the Pooled Money Investment Account or the General Fund).
