Use the handouts and pages in your notebook, the Staff Handbook, the Tech Blog, and the district webpage to find answers to the following items. As you find items, please put the answer/evidence in the column to the right to show you’ve completed it.

You want to take a personal day on September 23rd. You know that there is a limit to the number of staff people who can take one on the same day. Where would you find the limit, and where would you check to see if all the slots are already taken?
You want to e-mail someone at Transportation to ask about setting up a field trip. Who might you e-mail?
Log in to the AESOP system (substitute system) and walk through the steps to create an absence for June 10, 2015, but don’t submit it.

You paid out of pocket for an item, and your administrator is willing to reimburse you from building or department funds. What form would you use for this?
Who would you ask about resetting your WESPaC/Skyward password?
Log into WESPaC, and look up the home phone number of the first student, alphabetically by last name.
You have a question about your paystub. Who do you call and what is the phone number?
Create a work order in SchoolDude for a computer that won’t turn on. In the body of the work order, note that you’re filling this out for the scavenger hunt.
What phone number would you call for help with a facilities question, like a leaking faucet?
You believe a student may be qualified for additional services due to a lack of permanent housing. Who would you contact to find out about programs for homeless students?
How many computers should be in your classroom for you, and how many for your students?
What is the name of a custodial staff person from a DIFFERENT building than yours?
What foundation offers classroom mini-grants of up to $200 for materials and programs to classroom teachers?
You want to use the gym or cafeteria in your building for an after-school (school related) activity. Where would you find the form you need to fill out, and who would you send it to?
You believe a student may be qualified for additional services through Special Education. Who would you contact to find out about programs for this student?
Compose an e-mail message to the Tech Director with the subject “Scavenger Hunt” and attach your finished list to it, to complete your last objective.
