Real Estate Islamabad, State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan invites sealed tenders/ quotations from eligible/ reputed firms who had the relevant field experience of minimum 5-Years for supplying and providing subject chemicals for HVAC plants in Buildings and render such services in federal government’s organizations i.e. OGDC, Banks and multinational companies in Pakistan. Registration/ NTN Certificate and Experience in the specified field of minimum 5-years will be considered is one of the major criteria for tender issuance.
The party must have proper office, telephone number, N.T.N number and also sales tax registered from the concerned quarters, with 5-years relevant experience.

Complete set of Tender documents may be purchased from Mr. Sarfraz Ahmed, Dy. Manager (Mech.) Real Estate, Basement of State Life Building No.1, The Mall, Rawalpindi, contact number 051-9272361 by interested tenderers upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs.500/- in shape of cash/ pay-order drawn in favour of State Life insurance Corporation of Pakistan as mentioned above.
All tenders must be accompanied by a tender Earnest Money/ Bid Security @ 2% of tender quoted amount and all tenders duly filled, completed in all respect shall be delivered to Real Estate Department, Basement of State Life Building No.5 (Phase-II) Jinnah Avenue, Blue Area, Islamabad at or before 11:00 AM on above mentioned date. Tenders will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same date/ day mentioned above in the presence of tenderers representative who wish to attend. Tenders will be scrutinized and evaluated accordingly as per criteria described above.
Bids received after the above deadline or without earnest money shall not be accepted and will be returned unopened. Telegraphic / Telex / Fax bids shall not be accepted.
State Life reserves the right to accept or reject any or all of the tenders on the basis of technical grounds/ evaluation proposal of bidders.
