  3. Tackle Football (Terry Petty) – approved budget, including following expenditures over $5,000
  4. Field/Facility Improvements (turf field loan payments) $10,000
  5. Official and Referee Fees $5,000
  6. Player Equipment $6,000
  7. Player Uniforms $5,100
  8. Cheerleading (Alicia Amico) – approved budget; no expenditure categories over $5,000
  9. Lacrosse (Mark Hughes) – approved budget; no expenditure categories over $5,000
  10. Field Hockey (Jim Emery) – approved budget; no expenditure categories over $5,000
  11. Baseball – no action needed – no changes to 2014 budget approved in February
  12. Accident and Liability Insurance
  13. NewHOC Policy for Accident and Liability Insurance – approved provided editorial changes presented by John DeYoung are incorporated
  14. Effective date of new policy is immediately; registrations currently open must be updated as soon as possible

  2. National Night Out (August) – approved maximum expenditure of $400 for event expenses
  3. Herndon Homecoming Parade (October) – agreed to support event using our web site, volunteers, and funds, but not lead/manage event
  4. South Lakes Homecoming Parade (October) – delegated decision to participate to HRYL and HRYFH
  1. Status of AAAA Storage used by civic/sports programs – agreed to vacate rented unit by end of July
