Intent to Participate Form

Please note the 2018 Special Olympics Wisconsin State Gymnastics competition will held on Saturday

March 24, 2018 at Nicolet High in Glendale, Wisconsin.

Please send back the attached intent to participate form by Jan. 10, 2018 so that we can begin to plan for the upcoming Special Olympics Wisconsin State gymnastics competition.

2018 Special Olympics Wisconsin “Artistic and Rhythmic Gymnastics State registration form will emailed to the Head gymnastics coach listed on the Intent to Participate Form.

2018 Special Olympics Wisconsin “Artistic and Rhythmic” Gymnastics State registration forms will be due via email by Midnight March 1, 2018.

All athletes as per SOWI must have a Valid Official Special Olympics Release Form Application for Participation in Special Olympics on file in the Headquarters office postmarked by February 1, 2018 to remain valid through last date of competition.

It is the Head coach’s as listed with SOWI and who has submitted the 2018 SOWI State Gymnastics forms responsibility to insure that all Athletes have participate in eight weeks of official Special Olympics training prior to competition, coaches have meant all SOWI requirements and all athlete/ coaches are familiar with SOWI Gymnastics rules and regulations s listed in the 2018 SOWI Gymnastics competition guide, as well as insuring that all Intent to participate forms and State Gymnastics competition form are submitted by the above mentioned deadlines.

Help us grow our Sport as we move to year two of the State Special Olympics Wisconsin Gymnastics competition held at Nicolet High in Glendale, Wisconsin. We have searched long and hard to find this amazing gymnastics venue and secure judges and volunteers.
