**First Step Important Team Fact Sheet**
Team /Club Fact Sheet –ONLINE Due to North Texas by June 15th
LINK ON ARLINGTON SOCCER WEBSITE COMPETITIVE THAN REGISTRATION
You will receive an approval from North Texas by email give each parent a copy of approval at tryouts.
Parents must sign the signature page once they have received the fact sheet.
Forms needed for teams starting July 1st
Print off Fact Sheet Signature page from the forms page and have players/parents sign July 1st.
Competitive Membership Player Form Each player must complete.
Name on form must match Birth Certificate
(Birth Cert. make one copy as ASA will not keep a copy)
Returning players to same team do not need to show a birth certificate
Medical Release Form – Each parent should complete this form for their child.
Manager keeps these/ ASA DOES NOT need copies
ONCE YOU HAVE ALL OF THESE FORMS:
There are two registrations that teams need to complete.
1.Competitive Home Association. (Competitive Teams can register with any association)
2.Playing League Registration
COMPETITIVE HOME REGISTRATION
TO REGISTER WITH ARLINGTON SOCCER ASSOCIATION AS YOUR “HOME” ASSOCIATION.
Go to click on Competitive Home Associationthen Team Registration and go click on the:
ASA CompetitiveHome Association Team Registration Link.If you have a Got Soccer team account use your team log in if not create a new user account.
RETURNING TEAMS DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT!
DO NOT use your Recreational team account you will need to create a NEW team one.
All forms pertaining to the registration are REQUIRED to be downloaded under the event.All Competitive Player forms need to be scanned in one file and uploaded.
Birth Certificates scanned and uploaded in one file.

PLAYING LEAGUE REGISTRATION
TEAMS PLAYING WITH ARLINGTON PREMIER INVITATIONAL LEAGUE
Go to click on API than Team Registration... Register team with all player information including their player headshots. VERY important make sure you input all coaches and managers contact information so the league has more than one way to contact the team. The API league requires a Head Coach and an Assist Coach Once you have your North Texas Official Roster it is REQUIRED to be downloaded onto the league event. Instructions on document download how to do this are on the website
ASA HOME ASSOCIATION FEES 2015/2016 Season
A Competitive team can register at any association.
ASA Fees for Home Association
Fall $100.00
$25.00 per player
$5.00 per adult on roster
Spring $100.00
ARLINGTON PREMIER INVITATIONAL LEAGUE 2015/2016 Season
The API league is a Full Year league.
There can be 17 to 20 games per year depending on number of teams in the age group
League Fees: $700.00 for fall $700.00 for spring
DOES NOT INCLUDE REFEREE FEES
Fees for the year depend on age group figure between 700 to 900 per year.
