REGISTRATION FEES: This is an IVV credit only walk. The pre-registration fee is the same as the day of the event fee. The fee for IVV credit is $3.00. Pre-registrations must be received by October 6, 2012. Registration is free if no IVV credit is desired. Make check or money order payable to “Falcon Wanderers”. TRAIL DESCRIPTION: Route consists of city streets and dirt trails in and around PenroseEquestrianCenter and BearCreekRegionalPark, with some short hills, rated 2B. Restrooms are available at the start/finish. Large wheeled strollers OK, wheelchairs cannot complete the course.Leashed pets are welcome on thetrail. Pet owners are responsible for picking up any defecation left by their animal. Please, No Pets Inside The Community Center.

DIRECTIONS: From I-25, take exit 141 (US Hwy 24 West), continue west 1-1/2 miles to 21st Street and turn left. Turn left on Lower Gold Camp Road, go to the second street on the left, which is S. Raven Mine, and follow it to the corner of S. Raven Mine and Gold Hill Mesa Drive.

NEW WALKER PACKETS: As an added incentive to participate in the volkssporting achievement awards program, new walker packets will be available. These packets allow the walkers new to the sport a “running” start at a reduced rate.
