This location is acafeteriastand with full size menu options for breakfast and lunch such as hot foods, made to order, grab and go type items, hot dogs, pre-packaged sandwiches, fruit cups, yogurts, pre-packaged salads, snacks, soda, juices, sundries with a possible lottery business, as well as occasional catering on site at this location.

There is storage space inside the location.

Bidder and any employees who will work on site must also be approved through the patchclearances for the DGS owned building. All employees of the successful bidder must also go through the patch clearance process. BEP can assist in the process.Award is also contingent upon these approvals.

There is a possibility that lottery will be added to the facility. If it is added, you must apply for a PALottery License and submit to PA Lottery Headquarters for a fee of $15.00. In order to qualify for the lottery license you must successfully pass a credit, criminal background check, and be up to date on your revenue taxes. PA Lottery contact information will be provided to the awarded contractor if requested.

The incoming contractormust be prepared to take over the operations on, June 13, 2016,the stand should be stocked and ready for operations on that date.
