Dear Year 5 Parents,
This year we have tried to pre-book all the trips at the beginning of the year to allow us to map out the school year in more detail but to also provide parents with sufficient notice regarding the financial implications.
Following the success and enjoyment of last year, we have decided to book the same trips for our new year 5 cohort.

Please complete the form below to give your permission and return this to your child’s teacher by Thursday 14th December 2015. The school would prefer payment for these trips to be made through ParentPay and Activation letters will be sent to all those parents who have not yet registered. If you would prefer to pay this amount in instalments or are unable to use ParentPay then please speak to Mrs Burris or Mrs Lidgett in the school office.
If we are unable to raise funds to cover the cost of the trips, then unfortunately they will need to be cancelled.
