8.55am - Practice (3 ends only)
Shooting: 6 arrow ends @ 90/70 & 70/60mtrs
3 arrow ends @ 50 & 30mtrs

Judges: Jo Orbell, Chris Evans, Andrew Leadbetter and Andy Stanford
Refreshments: At the end of the shoot, tea, coffee and biscuits will be available, followed by the presentation of trophies and medals

Should you or your County be in possession of a trophy, please advise me as soon as possible and bring to the match.
EVENT
The WMAS Regional Inter-County Match has World Record Status. As well as the chance to claim UK and World records, archers will therefore be able to use their scores towards MB and GMB claims, and to claim EAF English Cross awards.
Dress regulations apply, as per Archery GB rule 307. Competitors may be liable for drug testing; those approached to provide samples must comply (refusal will be treated as a positive result). Junior archers should bring confirmation that a parent/guardian consents to being drug tested, if approached. All archers should carry their current Archery GB member’s card with them on the day. Anyone wishing to take photographs should register on the day.

VENUE
Directions
Lilleshall National Sports & Conferencing Centre is located close to the A41 about 3 miles south of Newport. The main entrance gates are on Pave Lane, accessed from the north via the A518 and from the south via the A41. The recommended postcode for use with sat nav’s is TF10 9LQ for Pave Lane (Lilleshall’s actual postcode directs you via the Golf Club nearby).
Car Parking
I have been told that there is a barrier that stops you going onto the field. The tokens to the barrier have to be collected from the reception. I am trying to get the barrier dropped as the reception is not open when we will be arriving. If the barrier is up then please don’t block the road please park on the Whenlock Hall car park. Thanks
Catering
Offered at the Pavilion Café throughout the day.
Toilets
Male, female and disabled toilets available in the Pavilion, additional portaloos on the field.
It would be much appreciated if anyone that has metal detector could bring with them as it would help with finding lost arrows
