Salary range £52,206 - £57,590pa
Due to the impending retirement of the current post holder, the Governors are seeking to appoint a strong and ambitious replacement who will provide professional leadership as a member of the Senior Management Team (SMT), ensuring high quality support to the Education & Therapy departments for all our [students] to improve standards of teaching, learning and achievement. The post holder will support the Head Teacher (Director of Learning) and the Director of Therapies in the smooth and successful running of the education department through strategic and operational management of that department and contribute to the management of other aspects of the School that impact on education.
About you - you should be:
· A qualified teacher able to show evidence of leadership and management delivery
· Experienced in the teaching of SEN with a good knowledge and understanding of SEN practices
· A creative and strategic thinker
