St John’s children competed in the Cross-countrycompetition at Ryburn.

On Friday 13thOctober2017, St John’s School took a squad to this year’s Cross Country competition, at Ryburn Valley High School. Everyone on the teamtried their best. To compete at this event you had to be selected at our training sessions which were held after school on a Monday.

Thank you to everyone who participated in the cross country competition, especially the children who have won medals. Underneath we have listed all of the children who have done absolutely amazing and qualified to race in the Calderdale championships: Emily Daniels, Henry Green, Lennon Hand, Sam Lister, Amelia Green and Hayden Stansfield.
