Benefits of Running
- Running is one of the healthiest, if not the healthiest, exercise.
- Running improves your cardiovascular system helping you resist heart and artery disease.
- Running helps ward off major lifestyle diseases, includinghigh blood pressure and diabetes.
- In addition to these health benefits, you'll also feel better. And remarkably, you'll find that you have more energy everyday--not less.
That's the beauty of running. It fends off disease, strengthens your heart, increases energy levels, and is a lot of fun!
And, as an added bonus, your measured track miles will count toward the “Wildcats on the Move” fitness recognition program.
