Providing participants are willing to sign up to this research, he is able to offer free access to the chamber the month before the climb. Climbers could use it up to three times a week which is the ideal preparation necessary to avoid altitude sickness completely. He is likely to be able to predict who will get sick and who will not. This is a huge benefit as altitude sickness is the main reason people fail to summit.Call 02920 768865 or visit tenovus.org.uk for more information.
