Cousin Corp Presentation

Our best CHA show to date the WOW factor really took effect

Everyone has stepped it up major bead players have gone to strung bead and bead shop look. The thing we do best is offer a great value on designs and choice.

We started with our strung beads programs one glass and one semi precious and metal program. $3.99 retail. We have our designers and product development people overseas developing new product.

Leaded crystal product the brilliance of a Swarovski bead at modest price $3.99 card. Will expand to flat backs.

We also have a true Marcasite looking stone at $3.99 all of these products that I am showing you are an exclusive product to Cousin.

We were the first to get into Swarovski. All of the designs are proprietary to Cousin corp. 6 designers creating exclusive designs for us. Our focus is to create new designs.

The other program that we did was a clasp program that is designer style. Upscale look with marcasite. Our own designs of pendants and charms. Laser cut antique metal. Exclusives we are not buying off the shelf in China.

Pearl program glass pearls retails at $1.99 some people could put them out at $1.79 because of price point and discount. The new program offers twice as many beads in the $2.99 program.

Everything we buy from Cousin Corp will allow SPC an extra 10% off of the VIP program. We can compete with any of the big guys.

The new tools with Comfort Grip retail $5.99 and we had a tremendous response to that.

SPC will be offering a DI opportunity for the tool kit and Class in a Box kits.

100% of all of our products are lead free and have been for over 4 years.

Kid beading and kids craft will continue to grow even after the bead caps off.

Look at the Bead Girl line closer. SPC cost .81 for fashion bead necklaces top performing product.

Our company is very vertical we do our designs, pog’s, and photography in house.

Any questions after the meeting call Sal or Lena.

Bob: You have reed diffusers in your catalog and they were in your booth? What is the connection?

Sal: The fragrance and home scent category is evolving. Available in home decor stores some run upwards of $70 sold to select stores and they are experiencing success. We found a product with great price points and packaging. Several people expressed interest at the last show. We expect it to be a hot category for a while. Shipping May. If we want to test let Sal know. One last thing to mention is the 2009 Fashion Forecast for beads put together by fashion designers and Organic, refined ,simplified, naturals,

Structured, holistic, eco strong, vitality and uplifting.

Can send everyone a copy of the fashion trend report. Sal to send to Kelli for broadcast.
