Arrests Made, January 25, 2016 – January 31, 2016
Theft
On 1/26/16, Deputy Donnell arrested Isaiah Fields, 27 of Fredericksburg, for Breaking and Entering and Assault in the 700 block of Sherwood Lane.
On 1/27/16, Deputy Boyd responded to Sheetz on Lafayette Blvd for a shoplifting. Conley Sullivan, 47 of Woodford, was arrested and charged with shoplifting.
On 1/27/16, Deputy Ford arrested Jason Moore, 30 of Spotsylvania, for an open warrant for Embezzlement.
On 1/28/16, Deputy Tavarez arrested Mark Rollins, 20 of Richmond, for Shoplifting at Macy's. He was released on a summons.
On 1/29/16, Deputy Hahn arrested Katie Kidd, 24 of Spotsylvania, on outstanding felony warrants for Prescription Fraud out of Stafford and Prince William. The arrest resulted from a suspicious activity call at Danielson's Well Drilling on Hood Drive.
On 1/31/16, Sgt. Belcher arrested Mark Wong, 30 of no fixed address, for Larceny/Shoplifting at Wal-Mart. He was also charged with possession of marijuana.
Assault
On 1/29/16, Deputy Northrop arrested James Brebehoeft, 33 of Spotsylvania, for Abduction, Strangulation and two counts of misdemeanor Assault.
On 1/29/16, Deputy Baugh arrested Jonathan Musanta-Stone, 24 of Spotsylvania,for Assault and Strangulation.
On 1/30/16, Deputy Arndt arrested Kevin Battle, 34 of Spotsylvania, for Assault and Battery, Strangulation and Prevent call to 911. Arrest occurred in the 5700 block of Lucas Street.
On 1/31/16, Deputy Hodges arrested Marc Louis, 39 of Spotsylvania, for Assault and Battery, Abduction, Strangulation and Prevent call to 911 in the 11700 block of Elsie Lane.
Narcotics
On 1/26/16, Deputy Pearcearrested Christopher Suennen, 34 of Spotsylvania,for Possession of Schedule I or II Narcotic and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
On 1/27/16, Deputy Griffith arrested John Minor Jr, 35 of Spotsylvania, on an open warrant, after responding to a 911 open line at the Sleep Inn. He was additionally charged with Possession of SCHEDULE I/II narcotic.
On 1/30/16, Deputy Matikonis arrested Jennifer Rose, 28 of Spotsylvania, on an outstanding warrant for Possession of Schedule I/II in the 10300 block of Post Oak Road.
Arrests
On 1/26/16, Sr. Deputy Ridings arrested Robert Allen Austin, 32of Spotsylvania, for Public Intoxication and felony Child Neglect.
On 1/27/16, Deputy Plunkett responded to a service request from out of state, to locate a runaway juvenile. Daniel Smith, 56 of Spotsylvania, was charged with Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor.
On 1/28/16, Deputy Ford arrested Lenetta Gilbert, 47 of Fredericksburg, for Drunk in Public after responding to a dispute in the 5100 block of Pecan Drive.
On 1/29/16, Deputy Hodges arrested Antonio Cox-Gutierrez, 51 of Spotsylvania, for Impersonating a Police Officer at the Residence Inn, Towne Center.
On 1/30/16, Deputy Kane arrested Stephanie Minter, 32 of Spotsylvania, on an outstanding Failure To Appear warrant, in the 11500 block of Brian Drive.
