The Alabama Transportation Planners Association’s (ATPA) Annual Conference will be at the Hilton Garden Inn, 171 Hospitality Ln, Dothan Al, 36303, in Dothan Alabama April 7- 8, 2016. Changes in the STIP and TIP amendment processes, how it’s working, monitoring projects through the planning process until it is constructed.
