The sponsor will check-in at the registration table prior to set-up. NASW and the hotel insurance policies do not cover the sponsor’s property. Loss, damage, or injury is the responsibility of the exhibitor. NASW reserves the right to reassign table if payment is not received by the deadline. All items must be removed upon close of the conference on Saturday, August18. Please submit this form no later than August3, 2018.
