We invite you to participate as a sponsor for ourRediscovering Meaning in Our WorkConference onSeptember 28th-29th, 2018.
National studies have revealed that more than half of the physicians in the United States are experiencing at least one symptom of professional burnout.
As physician burnout reaches epidemic levels, physician health and well being is declining and physicians are retiring early or leaving medicine altogether. In addition to these serious consequences, physician burnout is leading to a decrease in the quality of medical care, a reduction in the size of the physician workforce and an increase in the cost of healthcare.
This Rediscovering Meaning in Our Work physician conference has been organized to increase awareness about physician burnout and explore current research on the drivers for burnout as well as effective solutions.
We are inviting organizations who are interested in addressing this national crisis to join us as sponsors for this physician well being conference.
We provide our sponsors with recognition for their commitment to this important issueand contribution to this cutting edge educational conference by promoting their organizationson several types of media.
In addition, all sponsors are invited to join us for our special evening event on Friday, September 28th, 2018. During our event, sponsors will be introduced individually, have an opportunity to describe their unique services.
We have invited physicians from around the country to participate in this event. In addition, we have invited speakers who present to international audiences as well as many local speakers. During the evening event, sponsors will have opportunities to connect directly with physicians.

BRONZE Sponsor - $1,500 (6 opportunities available)

*Registration for 1 (one) physician to attend the 2 day retreat-like conference
(the physician will receive up to 14.5 CME credits)
* Tickets for one (1) individual to our special evening event

CONTRACTS:
Contracts received are accepted on a space-available basis.
Sponsorships are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis only after receipt of the signed contract.
Payment must accompany the sponsorship commitment form.
Your company name and information may not be included in conventionprint materials if the contract and payment is not received before June 1, 2018.
If cancellation is made after June 1, 2018, the full sponsorship fee will be forfeited.
All notices of cancellation must be received in writing on or before the dates specified above.
Refunds will not be issued until after the completion date of the conference.
