Know all men by these present that we (1) S/o Mr. of the permanent address_ at present residing at (hereinafter called the Trainee) and (2) S/o Designation of the permanent address at present residing at (hereinafter called the Sponsor) are held and firmly bound unto the Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission (PAEC) through Director, CHASNUPP Centre of Nuclear Training (CHASCENT), Kundian District Mianwalito refund twice the amount of stipend paid during the course of training at CHASCENT, Mianwali, which amount we will not question to be paid to PAEC, its successor or assigns for which payment will and truly be made, hereby bind ourselves each of us, and each of our heirs, executors, administrators jointly and severally

Where as on his/her request, the Chairman, PAEC has selected the Trainee for training at CHASCENT, Mianwali, under the local training programme, the parties hereto agree to the following conditions:

(1)If the Trainee successfully completes his/her training at CHASCENT, he/she shall serve PAEC for a period of three years as desired by the commission and shall not seek employment/join in any organization (government, semi government or otherwise) without the prior approval of the Commission.

(2)If the Trainee either can not continue his/her training at CHASCENTMianwalii, for reasons acceptable to the CHASCENT, or fails in any of the examinations, the Director, CHASCENT has the right to extend/terminate his/her training period.

(3)If the Trainee absconds him/herself from the training, the Director, CHASCENT will determine an amount of money not more than the actual amount representing stipend incurred on the Trainee plus an equivalent amount in lieu of tuition fee, plus an amount in lieu of free hostel/hotel accommodation if provided by PAEC and which the Trainee and Sponsor shall not question and must agree to pay to the Commission, in lump sum.

(4)In case the Trainee does not join the service of the Commission, if appointed, after successful completion of the course, the total amount of stipend received by him/her during training plus an equivalent amount in lieu of tuition fee plus an amount in lieu of free hostel/hotel accommodation if provided by PAEC shall be paid to the Commission in lump sum jointly and severally by the Trainee and his sponsor which they both have agreed to pay and decision of PAEC in this regard shall be final and binding upon the Trainee and his sponsor and shall not be questioned by the Trainee and his/her sponsor in any manner.

(5)In case any of the conditions (1,2,3,4) is fulfilled the above agreement shall be of no effect, otherwise it shall remain in full force.
