It is understood and fully agreed that :

AES Computers (controlling the web page “aescomputers.net”) has the right, at anytime, to refuse or terminate an agreement to receive sponsorship from any business or agency,, in which case, a pro rata refund will be forwarded to the assigned agent for the entry ..

There is a limit of one entry only on the front page, from any one business ..

We will not entera link in your submitted entry to carry to a site not directly related to your business ..

You may submit a different entry at any time and ,,

You may cancel your entry at any time but ,,

The entry will only be replaced or removed when the front page is next updated (which could be up to 6 months from the last update) unless an urgent request is made to replace or remove the entry at a particular date, in which case we will endeavour to follow your request as best possible ..

If the entry is approved then, a notice of approval with an invoice of the amount owing will be sent to the agent, either by post or email.

There will be no refund on an agentcancelled entry unless the request occurs below 50 percent of the time paid for, and then the refund will be on a pro rata basis ..

An entry will only be placed on our web page once we have acknowledged and approved the entry,and have received payment in full for that entry.
