The Spencer County Board of Education, in partnership with and in service to our community, will support our school district in engaging every student with challenging and meaningful work that will result in high levels of learning.

  1. Approval of Resolution Entering into Contract, Lease and Option with SpencercountySchool District Finance Corporation

Resolution of the Board of Education of Spencer County Kentucky, initiating the refinancing process in order to refund and retire the bond issue of January 1, 1999; authorizing and approving the executive of a contract lease and option with the Spencer County School District Finance Corporation and any further necessary instruments; and approving the plan of refinancing said projects generally.

A motion to go into executive session KRS 61.810(f) Discussion or hearings which might lead to the appointment, discipline, or dismissal of an individual employee, member, or student without restricting that employee’s, member’s, or student’s right to a public hearing if requested. Discussions tonight will be focused on the feasibility of discipline and/or dismissal of an employee.
