2013: Overhauled prop (semi-cruise pitch), new battery, refurbished battery mount, new battery box, new center console installed, replaced "slow" flap drive motor with refurbished unit, installed wing inspection panels on wing bottom per Grumman service kit, replaced fuel sump rubber hoses, installed newvoltage regulating dimmer per STC, rebuilt fuel selector valve, reconditioned fuel sight gauges, installed custom Airtex interior panels, replaced interior plastic with new units from Fletchair, repaired any plastic not available as replacement, covered all interior plastic with fabric from Airtex to match interior, installed new carpets from AirTex, replaced control yokes with new units from Fletchair, replaced control yoke bushings with new, installed Ken Blackman/Airmods NW aux fuel tanks, replaced main fuel tank seals, replaced main wing bolts with new, replaced all wing control bearings with new, installed new tach set to current hours (no math required), installed custom panel mount for Garmin 500, painted to match instrument panel.

2016: Replaced vacuum pump, replaced battery, installed Electronics International UBG-16 engine analyzer, installed one-time STC for Brittain 2-axis,wing leveler, replaced left mag and IRAN'd right mag, installed 8 xfine wire sparkplugs

2017: Extensive February 2017 Annual with Grumman “guru” at Hogan Field; re-rigged airplane; installed Split Cowl STC; installed split Nose Bowl STC; removed wheel pants; installed new 6 x6 main tires (standard size); installed new muffler; installed AeroLed high intensity landing/taxi light; installed Casper Spin-On Oil Filter; replaced right aileron bushing; replaced oil cooler with new unit.
