2.05 Reinstatement. Upon written request signed be a former member and filed with the secretary, the Board of Officers may, by the affirmative of two-thirds of the members of the Board, reinstate such former members to membership on such terms as the Officers may deem appropriate. Any former member, in good standing, may be reinstated by renewing annual membership at any time during the year.

It shall be the duty of the Nominations and Elections Committee to receive nominations from members and to submit a consolidated list of candidates for each office to the Immediate Past President no later than February Education Meeting. If a member is nominated for more than one office, the Committee shall ascertain the office of the member’s choice and shall include the member’s name as a candidate for this office only. It is the responsibility of the Committee to determine that each candidate for office shall serve, if elected.
