Freedom of Information Request

You asked for the following information from the Ministry of Justice (MoJ).

“Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, please would you provide the following information which Suffolk County Council have advised me they do not hold.

I would like to know, for the years 2008/2009, 2009/2010, 2010/2011 & 2011/2012, the type of Special Educational Need that presented at SEND, from Suffolk, whether the case progressed to Tribunal or not.”

Your request has been handled under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA).

I can confirm that the department holds information that you have asked for, and I am pleased to provide this to you in Annex A at the end of this document. However we are unable to provide the Type of School without extreme efforts to do this and would exceed the costs limit to do this.
