NOTES:

Speaker Application Form: All speaker/session proposals must be accompanied by a completed speaker agreement, including co-presenters.

Speaker Slate: Speaking slots will be selected and presented in draft form on the ARMA Houston website by the end of January. Speaking slots are not guaranteed under any conditions until an email confirmation is received from the Program Committee Manager.

Speaking Fee/Travel Reimbursement: Speaker fees and travel reimbursements will be considered if properly noted on the submitted speaker proposal. ARMA Houston Conference Program Committee may approve all or portions of requested reimbursements based on budget allocations. Reimbursements will only be given to accepted speakers if, the committee agrees to the reimbursement, the Conference Program Manager includes a reimbursement allotment in the speaking confirmation email, and in accordance with the ARMA Houston travel reimbursement policy.

Presentations/Handouts: Accepted speakers must have any slide presentations/handouts for sessions completed and turned in to the Program Committee Manager on or before March 17th, 2017.

Speaker Requirements: Any special requirements from speakers must be communicated to the Program Committee Manager two weeks before the conference begins. Requests for speaking needs less than two weeks before the beginning of conference cannot be guaranteed.
