Help Using MySpanishLab

  • The fastest source for assistance in navigating or using MSL is the Help link at the top right of the screen.

Tech Support

  • If you are having technical difficulty with MySpanishLab (meaning you can’t access the site or it appears broken), please contact Apollo Group Tech Support. They will contact Pearson Tech Support if they cannot resolve the issue for you.

Go to your University of Phoenix Course Page(s) for specifics on your required MySpanishLab activity assignments.

How to Access your Assigned Activities in MySpanishLab

  • Click the direct link to MySpanishLab from your University of Phoenix course page(s).No login is required.
  • Click on the Course Materials tab near the top of the screen.
  • Click into each weekly folder to see activity folders. All Activities assigned each week are in the Readiness Check, Student Activities Manual and Additional Practice folders.
  • Click the Activity link to begin work.

How to View your Grades in MySpanishLab:

  • Click on the Grades tab near the top of the screen
  • You will see a weekly Average – this average is applied to the total points available for MySpanishLab activities each week in your course.
  • To see grades on particular activities, under the Course Materialsbox on left side of screen, click into the Week and then into the activities folder you’d like to view.
  • By default, you will see grades for all Assigned items.
  • If you prefer to see grades just for items you’ve completed, click on Completed Items at the top of the grades screen.

For Faculty and Students - eBook within MySpanishLab

  • The ebook for your course is available from your University of Phoenix course page(s).
  • If you choose to view the eBook in MySpanishLab, you may be prompted with the screen below.
  • If this occurs, select the Self Study eText button on the right side of the screen.
  • You will then have access to the eText. You will not see this prompt again.
