Armageddon Gun: May not be fired if ship is crippled, or on Burn Retros, All Ahead Full, or Brace For Impact Special Orders. Place the template so that it is touching the Planet Killer’s stem, and move it directly ahead 90cm. If a ship’s base (friend or foe!) is touched by the hole in the template, it suffers d6 automatic hits. If any other part of the template touched a ship’s base, it takes an automatic hit. Ordnance that is hit is destroyed. The template stops if it hits an asteroid field and leaves D6 blast markers where it contacted the asteroid field. You must use the Reload Ordnance Special Order to fire the Armageddon Gun again. The Planet Killer is an Exterminator in Exterminatus! missions for no extra cost, and loses no weapons, however, the Armageddon Gun may not be fired before the planet is destroyed or the Chaos Player loses the battle automatically. The Planet Killer must enter low orbit to destroy the planet, but does not have to come within 45cm of the table edge, and automatically succeeds in destroying the planet.
Armageddon Gun Super Shot: The Planet Killer may choose to fire the Armageddon Gun in a different way. The ship must declare that it is “charging” for three consecutive turns, no test required. Once charging, you may not stop for three turns. During these turns, the ship may not turn, shoot, or go on special orders, but it gains +2 shields. After the movement phase of the third turn, the super shot fires, as above, but only for 60cm. Any ship touched by the template is REMOVED. Any planet touched by the template is REPLACED by an asteroid field 2D6cm x 2D6cm after D3 turns. Afterwards, the Planet Killer must pass twoReload Ordnance checks to fire the Armageddon Gun again.

Special Rules: Blackstone Fortresses cannot go on Special Orders, but are assumed to pass any other leadership tests they need to make. They may move up to 10cm in any direction in the movement phase. It has no crew and does not add a d6 to its boarding score during a boarding action. The Warp Cannons roll 1d6 per point of strength, hit on a 4+, and ignores shields, holofields, and other similar mechanisms.
Super Mega Death Shot: If the Blackstone Fortress is not crippled and does not move or shoot for two turns, then on the third turn it may remain still and fire immediately in the shooting phase. Trace a straight line 90cm long from the Fortress’ stem with the Nova Cannon template. Any ship whose stem, not base, it touched takes 8 Lance shots ignoring shields and other similar mechanisms. Any ship whose stem is touched by the hole in the template is immediately destroyed! This same shot destroys a planet from the Low Orbit Table on a 2+ during an Exterminatus! mission. No more than 3 Blackstone Fortresses may combine this super shot as long as they are less distance apart than the Nova Cannon template. The shot centers from a template placed between the Fortresses and cannot pass over any of their stems. Every additional fortress adds 90cm to the range and 8 Lance shots to the result. While charging, any Escorts or Ordnance touching the area between the Fortresses are removed. Capital Ships in this area may disrupt the effect by taking 8 Lance shots that cannot be braced for and ignore shields for each Fortress charging. If this happens, each Fortress immediately takes D6 hits, cannot move or shoot next turn, and must recharge again before firing.

Additional Rules for all Chaos Fleets

1)Multiple ships affecting an enemy with the Mark of Slaanesh do not stack the leadership penalty.

2)Chaos ships have a +1 Boarding modifier, replaced with a +2 modifier if it has a Chaos Space Marine crew. If a ship in the 13th Black Crusade list has Abbadon AND a Chaos Space Marine Crew, the bonuses stack to a total of +3.

3)A ship in the 13th Black Crusade list with Abbadon and the Mark of Khorne multiplies its Boarding Value by 4.

4)A ship with Abbadon and the Mark of Tzeentch cannot use the Mark of Tzeentch re-roll unless Abbadon is killed.
