I certify that the foregoing information is true and correct. This form is only for the purpose of applying for Space at Parkmall. I am aware that is not considered as a lease offer. Further, Parkmall Leasing Office (PLO) has the sole discretion to approve or reject this space application and, if such application is denied, PLO has no obligation to furnish the applicant a notice or reason of such rejection. However, PLO will keep the applicant’s file in active for six (6) months from the day of application.
