CARNIVAL DETAILS & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

Ø  All competitors must be registered members of Little Athletics Association New South Wales or Athletics New South Wales.

Ø  Under 6 to under 17 athletes will compete as per Little Athletics age.

Ø  Under 6 to under 17 events will be conducted under Little Athletes rules of competition.

Ø  All events will be straight finals.

·  if competitors in age group exceeds 8 for all lane events, heat times will determine final placings.

·  if competitors in age group exceeds 16 for 800 metres a pack start will be used.

Ø  First three placings in all feature events will receive medals and in all other events place ribbons.

Ø  Athletes may compete up an age group for an event except where weight or height specifications change, at the discretion of carnival organizer.

Ø  Athletes in the U15-U17 age group must compete in all 6 events to be eligible to with prize money.

Ø  Events subject to change on the day at the organising committee’s discretion.

Ø  This is a fun day protests will be ignored.
