Gang Show
Cast invitation for all Cubs, Scouts, Explorers, Young Leaders, Network, Guides and Adult Leaders from all sections of the Scout and Guide Movements within the South Marches Scout District.
Our negotiations have been finalised and we are delighted to announce that Hereford Gang Show 2016 will be held at The Courtyard Theatre, Hereford from 29th March to 2nd April inclusive. Please note that ALL cast members must also be available to attend our Dress Rehearsal on Easter Saturday March 26th.
Gang Show is a theatrical, musical revue which involves singing, acting, dancing, comedy and enjoyment on stage amongst friends. In the past our Gang Shows have been highly successful and happy events, but this is only made possible by the commitment and dedication of everyone involved. The only guarantees we can give you are weekly rehearsals, hard work, loads of fun and many happy memories.
Rehearsals take place every Sunday afternoon at Trinity Primary School, Barricombe Drive, Moor Farm Lane, Hereford. Then in January additional rehearsals commence at Scouts Corner, Eign Road, on a Tuesday evening for sketches, solos, dance numbers and fine tuning. Cast members will be notified when required to attend these.
Registration / First rehearsal
This will be held at Trinity Primary School on Sunday 20th September 2015. The Producer and members of the committee will be on hand to give you further information about the show and to answer any questions. Prospective cast members and their parents are welcome to attend at the following times: -
Cubs / 3.00 to 4.15 pmScouts and Guides / 4.30 to 5.45pm
Explorers, Young Leaders, Network, Leaders and Guiders / 6.00 to 7.30pm
Cast members are required to pay a £20 registration fee (non refundable) which helps contribute to the running of the show.
