In promoting excellence in trial advocacy, this established flagship course is designed for Civil and Criminal advocates and others to develop and improve their skills.
Teachers and participants join the course from other jurisdictions.

I intend to pay the £1,100/£1,700 plus 20% VAT (for concentrating on Crime/Civil respectively), (£2,200 plus 20%VAT for non Circuit Practitioners, £2,500 plus 20% VAT for Solicitors). Family Practitioners should contact Natasha Foy (details below) for price guidance as necessary.

Upon payment of the fee required following a successful application, you agree to attend each day of the course. Payment will be returned in the event of illness confirmed by a doctor's certificate and a replacement trainee being found. Except for such illness, no refunds will be made save in exceptional circumstances and only in respect of an application for such a refund being made in writing by 1 August 2011
