The criteria by which the candidates will be evaluated are:

In order to qualify, candidates must be current members of District Two - Sons of Norway or children or grandchildren of current members of District Two - Sons of Norway. The applicant must have met the entrance requirements (e.g., completion of at least one year of studies at the university level) and been accepted to attend the International Summer School at the University of Oslo. To apply or learn more about the International Summer School, please see the website at . You can apply for the school online startingDecember 1st, 2016. This scholarship will provide the winner with tuition, room, and board. The recipient will be expected to provide the balance of the funds needed for expenses of the six-week summer session and other costs of the trip to Norway and return.
