FARGODOME
SOLICITATION, DISTRIBUTION AND EXPRESSIVE ACTIVITIES POLICY
Solicitation for contributions, distribution of any materials and other expressive
Activities on the FARGODOME premises shall be conducted in accordance with the following regulations and procedures.
1. Any person desiring to engage in such solicitation,
distribution or expressive activity on the FARGODOME
premises shall register with the FARGODOME Administrative
Office by filling out an appropriate form which shall be
provided by the FARGODOME.
2. The registration form shall be submitted to the FARGODOME
Administrative Office during regular business hours 24 hours prior to the first anticipated solicitation, distribution or expressive activity. A new form shall be submitted in the event of change of any of the information contained therein.
3. The registration form shall contain the following information:
a. Name of organization or person on
whose behalf the solicitation,
distribution or expressive activity will
be conducted.
b. Name, address and telephone number of the
contact person representing the organization.
c. A brief description of the types of activities to be
conducted by the registrant (i.e. solicitation of
funds, circulation of petitions, distribution of
literature, etc.).
4. The solicitation, distribution or expressive activity shall be conducted
Only on the public sidewalks near the entrance or entrances to the FARGODOME in a manner which will not interfere with ingress or egress of FARGODOME business.
5. No solicitation, distribution or expressive activities will be permitted in
the parking area surrounding the FARGODOME nor at any location inside of the FARGODOME.
6. Use of sound amplification or excessive noise of any kind may not be
used in connection with such solicitation, distribution or expressive
activity.
7. Sale of any items on the FARGODOME premises shall not be permitted
except inside the FARGODOME by exhibitors or in conjunction with the
current event being staged at the FARGODOME.
8. Persons engaging in solicitation, distribution or expressive activities
shall not deliberately block, impede or restrain patrons of the
FARGODOME.
9. Persons engaging in solicitation, distribution or other expressive
activities shall be responsible for picking up pamphlets or other material
distributed by them within a reasonable distance from the area of
distribution.
10. Failure to reasonably abide by these rules and regulations in
conducting solicitation, distribution and other expressive activities,
shall be grounds for immediate expulsion from the FARGODOME
premises. Any prohibition from conducting such activities at future
events shall be limited to 30 days for each violation and shall not
be imposed without first providing for a hearing with the minimum of
ten (10) days written thereof.
