53. These situations have caused sister earth, along with all the abandoned of our world, to cry out, pleading that we take another course. Never have we so hurt and mistreated our common home as we have in the last two hundred years. Yet we are called to be instruments of God our Father, so that our planet might be what he desired when he created it and correspond with his plan for peace, beauty and fullness.
181. Here, continuity is essential, because policies related to climate change and environmental protection cannot be altered with every change of government. Results take time and demand immediate outlays which may not produce tangible effects within any one government’s term. That is why, in the absence of pressure from the public and from civic institutions, political authorities will always be reluctant to intervene, all the more when urgent needs must be met. To take up these responsibilities and the costs they entail, politicians will inevitably clash with the mindset of short-term gain and results which dominates present-day economics and politics. But if they are courageous, they will attest to their God-given dignity and leave behind a testimony of selfless responsibility. A healthy politics is sorely needed, capable of reforming and coordinating institutions, promoting best practices and overcoming undue pressure and bureaucratic inertia. It should be added, though, that even the best mechanisms can break down when there are no worthy goals and values, or a genuine and profound humanism to serve as the basis of a noble and generous society.
Note: Anti-Catholic sentiment of the late 1500s and early 1600s depicted the Roman Catholic "church" as an alien presencepoised to undermine the rights of free citizens. John Tracy Ellis in his landmark “American Catholicism” (1956), stated “. . . universal anti-Catholic bias was brought to Jamestown in 1607 and vigorously cultivated in all the thirteen colonies from Massachusetts to Georgia.”
Paul Blanshard’s American Freedom and Catholic Power (1949), published by Beacon Press, shows that the United States of America had a real Catholic problem in that the Roman Catholic, "church" was (and is) an undemocratic system of alien control seeking by the Jesuits and others to destroy the United States of America from within and from without. Blanshard'sAmerican Freedom and Catholic Power was praised by those who understood this treat, such as: John Dewey, Albert Einstein, Bertrand Russell, Henry Sloane Coffin, and Horace Kallen as well as many other scholarly reviewers. Blanshard further wrote, "The ‘internationalism’ of the Roman Catholic "church" is quite specious, since the hierarchy does not represent the people . . . nor the government of any nation in the world. Its machinery is completely authoritarian, and the people of the United States do not have any more voting right in controlling it than the Roman Catholic "priests" of the United States have". Additionally, Blanshard states, "To what extend are the Roman Catholic Bishops of the hierarchy in the United States agents of the Pope as the sovereign of the Vatican State? Their elaborate oath of allegiance is taken to the Pope; their political, sociological and religious reports are commingled and sent to the same central headquarters. Their instructions to oppose certain types of American legislation come to them in the same type of encyclicals that cover matters of mysticism and ritual. . . . And the money that they raise and send to the Vatican is used for both religious and political activities".

"Pope" Francis’ populist demagoguery (Demogague: A person, especially an orator or political leader, who gains power and popularity by arousing the emotions, passions, and prejudices of the people.) directed at capitalist systems, which he calls “slave drivers of our day” is incendiary and couched in religious language. This so called "pope" Francis I furthermore writes in his homily, “Others, intoxicated by power, money and market trends, have stolen your lands or contaminated them.” Tropes (Tropes: A phrase, sentence, or verse formerly interpolated (Interpolated: To alter (a text) by the insertion of new matter, especially deceptively or without authorization.) in a liturgical (Liturgical: Of or relating to the liturgy or Eucharistic (Eucharistic: Holy Communion; the sacrifice of the Mass, their evil "Lord's Supper") service.) text to amplify and/or embellish) of a left-wing agitator. "Pope" Francis' comments remind us that Roman Catholic organizations are prominent in the open borders/amnesty movement.
The Vatican's Journey From Anti-Communism to Anti-Capitalism
Former communists Bella Dodd and Manning Johnson, spoke on the Communist infiltration of the Roman Catholic "church". Bella Dodd, an important Communist party lawyer, teacher and activist, "converted" to Roman Catholicism in April, 1952. Dodd stated that the Communist infiltration was so extensive within the Roman Catholic "church" that in the future " . . . you will not recognize the Catholic Church, . . ." Dodd also asserted that:
"In the 1930's, we put eleven hundred men into the priesthood in order to destroy the Church from within."
"Right now they are in the highest places, and they are working to bring about change in order that the Catholic Church will no longer be effective against Communism."
Manning Johnson, also a former Communist Party official, and author of "Color, Communism and Common Sense,
testified in 1953 to the House un-American Activities Committee,
, regarding the infiltration of the Roman Catholic “church”:
"Once the tactic of infiltration of religious organizations was set by the Kremlin ... the Communists discovered that the destruction of religion could proceed much faster through infiltration of the (Catholic) Church by Communists operating within the Church itself. The Communist leadership in the United States realized that the infiltration tactic in this country would have to adapt itself to American conditions (Europe also had its cells) and the religious make-up peculiar to this country. In the earliest stages it was determined that with only small forces available to them, it would be necessary to concentrate Communist agents in the seminaries. The practical conclusion drawn by the Red leaders was that these institutions would make it possible for a small Communist minority to influence the ideology of future clergymen in the paths conducive to Communist purposes. This policy of infiltrating seminaries was successful beyond even our communist expectations."
The Socialist Movementthrough the years grew to include Bertrand Russell, H. G. Wells' Open Conspiracy), Sinclair Lewis, Theosophical leader Annie Besant, and the Communist leader Harry Dexter White who worked with convicted Communist Alger Hiss to establish the United Nations, Itspread through Western nations -- thanks, in part, to liberal churches that preached its message as if backed by the authority of God.
The Rockefellers and other powerful "change agents" fueled this movement.Their funding would sway universities, seminaries, and "churches" from coast to coast. The Rockefellers along with the Roman Catholic "church" supported psycho-social research through Hitler's "Eugenics Program, through London's Tavistock Institute, and through various American Universities and institutions. This new "science" would raise propaganda, persuasion, and mind control to ever more sophisticated levels. The term eugenics is derived from the Greek word “eu,” meaning good or well, and “genos,” meaning offspring. Sir Francis Galton, the founder of the movement, which has two chief divisions, namely, heredity and environment. Charles Darwin was Sir Francis Galton's cousin. Much of the opposition to Hitler's Eugenic Movement came from German Christians. Adloph Hitler was baptized a Roman Catholic. Hitlerwas never excommunicated, and evidently ‘considered himself a good Roman Catholic as a young man, and at times it was noticed that Hitler used religious language. Eugenics was practiced in the United States many years before eugenics programs in Nazi Germany. The U.S. programs provided much of the inspiration for Nazi Germany. There was a consensus between Nazi race policies and those of eugenicists in other countries, including the United States,
and eugenicists understood Nazi policies and measures as the realization of their goals and demands,
The Rockefeller Foundation is a private foundation based at 420 Fifth Avenue, New York City. It was established by the six-generation Rockefeller family. The Foundation was started by Standard Oil owner John D. Rockefeller ("Senior"), along with his son John D. Rockefeller, Jr. ("Junior"), and Senior's principal oil and gas business and philanthropic advisor, Frederick Taylor Gates, in New York State on May 14, 1913, when its charter was formally accepted by the New York State Legislature. It merged with other ecumenical bodies in 1950 to form the present day National Council of Churches, ) in 1908. Individual adherents (Churches that are not full members) of more than 50 Christian faith groups actively participate in NCC's study groups, commissions and ministries, including Roman Catholics, fundamentalists, Southern Baptists, and Missouri Synod Lutherans. Again these "churches" are not officially a part of the Council's membership.
"Reverend" Harry F. Ward, through his Soviet connections and influential positions, would become the main source of Communist infiltration into the The Federal Council of Churches, FCC (later renamed NCC, National Council of Churches). Christian seminaries, and compassionate unsuspecting "Pastors" and their congregations across the country have completely fallen under the influence of these interfaith "churches, . . . Danger, Danger, Will Robinson . . . .doc".
In February, 1900 the first effort to create a National Federation of Churches resulted in a nationwide committee of twenty-five leading churchmen, many of whom were devoted Fabians. One of those young organizers was an English protégé of Walter Rauschenbusch named Harry F. Ward. Rauschenbusch sought to address the problems of the city with socialist ideaswhich proved to be frightening to the middle classes, as the primary supporters of the Social Gospel were socialist. Years later, in sworn testimony before the House Committee on Un-American Activities Committee, it would be revealed that HarryWard was not only a secret Communist, but "the Red Dean of the Communist Party in the religious field." Myron Reed of the First Congregational Church became a socialist, and his middle-class congregation encouraged Reed to move on. Myron Reed then organized a nondenominational church.
The Roman Catholic "church" liberation theology which is considered by many to be a radical Socialist/Communist attempt to promote their "Social Gospel".
Liberation theology has grown into an international and inter-denominational movement. Liberation theology began as a movement within the Roman Catholic "church" in Latin America in the 1950s and 1960s. Using this creation of the Roman Catholic "church," various other forms of liberation theology have since developed, including: Asian, Black, and Palestinian liberation theologies.
